Analogue 3D gets five additional translucent limited edition colors

Analogue isn't done announcing new colors for its latest console, the Analogue 3D. Originally available in Black and White, the console received 8 new colors called the Funtastic Limited Editions in December 2025. Now, Analogue has announced 5 additional colors.
The new color collection is called the Analogue 3D - Prototype Limited Editions, and according to Analogue, these colors are based on official prototypes of the original Nintendo 64 that were manufactured but never got released. The 5 colors are Atomic Purple, Extreme Green, Ghost, Glacier, and Ocean, all of which have a translucent design.
Analogue says the Prototype Limited Editions, which come in limited quantities, will be available to buy on February 9 at 8AM PST. The price is $299.99, just like the Funtastic Limited Editions, and $30 more than the standard editions. Analogue is also promising that orders will be shipped in 24 to 48 hours.
Just as it did with the Funtastic Limited Editions, the Prototype Limited Editions also get matching controllers from 8BitDo. Although, they also cost more than the standard versions which sell for $39.99 on Amazon.
