The most recent iPad Air is on sale at its lowest price so far.
Both the 11-inch and 13-inch versions of the M2 iPad Air are on sale for $100 off across all storage capacities except the 1 TB version of the 13-inch tablet. That specific model is discounted $200, or 14%. These price drops bring all storage variants in line with (or close to) their lowest prices, according to CamelCamelCamel.
The M2 iPad Air 11 received a 90% in our review. We liked its lightning-fast M2 SoC, which is the same chip used in some of Apple's laptops. We also highlighted the tablet's good build quality, excellent display, and silent and cool operation.
We had similar praise for the M2 iPad Air 13, particularly regarding its performance. Compared to Android tablets, both iPad Airs are leagues ahead. However, we did note some downsides in both tablets. Perhaps their biggest sticking points are the 60 Hz refresh rates of each tablet. Considering even budget Android devices are launching with 90 or 120 Hz displays, a 60 Hz refresh on a tablet as powerful as the iPad Air is disappointing.
Here's how the prices break down:
Storage | 128 GB | 256 GB | 512 GB | 1 TB |
---|---|---|---|---|
M2 iPad Air 11 | $499 | $599 | $799 | $999 |
M2 iPad Air 13 | $849 | $949 | $1149 | $1249 |
