Amazon is one of the biggest online retailers, and with several competitors, it needs to find new ways to meet the demands of its customers or risk losing them to its rivals. Lately, it has had to contend with Temu, a new player on the online retail scene known for its dirt-cheap items sourced from China. Its response to Temu's popularity is a new service called Amazon Haul which focuses on items that cost $20 or less, the same price range most of Temu's inventory falls under.
