Another update for the Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro smartwatch has started to roll out to users. The last update for this wearable, version 3.3.1.8, landed at the start of November 2025. It brought improvements for the route creation and several battery-related features.
With the latest update, software version 3.3.4.1, the Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro gains another wave of new tools. Firstly, users can now take a screenshot on their watch; to do this, press SEL and BACK simultaneously. Images are stored in the photo album of your connected smartphone. Navigation support is said to have been added to more outdoor sports, though the company does not list these.
Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro users gain the ability to delete and edit their nap records, making sleep tracking more accurate. Plus, the Helio Strap can now use the brand's Helio Strap (curr. $99.00 at Amazon) as a heart rate sensor when working out. The company indicates that this should provide more accurate data. For the Recreational Diving activity, "No-Fly" and "Gas" data have been added to the Go page. Finally, Amazfit states that it has tackled several bugs and enhanced the system's stability.
Software version 3.3.4.1 appears to be rolling out to users of the Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro in phases. It has been reported by a user in the US; typically, the company pushes updates to users in the US, Canada and China first, reaching other countries a few days or weeks later. When it is available to you, you will be able to install the update via the Zepp Health app.
