Amazfit is rolling out a fix for a bug affecting some of its smartwatch users in Europe. In a post on Reddit, a representative for the company acknowledged recent problems linked to health metrics such as Exertion and Weather forecasts. It appears to affect users of many of the brand’s wearables, including the Helio Strap (curr. $99.99 at Amazon).
According to Amazfit, both of these issues are related to the switch from Daylight Saving Time to standard time, which occurred on Sunday, 26th October 2025 in Europe. Apparently, a problem where the Weather was not displayed as expected was a result of “a mismatch in time between information in the cloud and on-device”. The Amazfit team member indicates that this bug has now been fixed.
The second issue, where health metrics like Exertion were incorrect or missing, will be resolved with a new update for the Zepp App. Amazfit suggests that it is working on a way to recalculate these lost measurements; further information will be provided in due course on the Reddit post. The Zepp app version 9.13.7 release is already available for iOS users at the Apple App Store, and a version for Android users is expected to land at the Google Play Store in the near future.
