Deal | Acer Swift Go 16: Budget laptop with Intel 13th-gen chip and QHD webcam drops to lowest price yet on Amazon
Released earlier this year, the Acer Swift Go 16 has a fairly compact aluminum chassis that's just 0.59 inches (14.99 mm) thin and weighs 3.53 pounds (1.6 kg). Its 16-inch IPS display has a resolution of 1,920 x 1,200, and it's able to hit up to 400 nits of brightness.
Powering the notebook is an Intel Core i5-1335U processor (2 P-cores + 8 E-cores, Iris Xe graphics with 80 EUs) paired with 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and a 512 GB PCIe 4.0 SSD. All this is kept cool by Acer's TwinAir cooling system, which consists of two blower fans strapped to dual copper heat pipes.
Moving on to connectivity, the laptop boasts two USB-C ports (Thunderbolt 4, Power Delivery, DP Alt Mode), two 5 Gbps USB-A, HDMI 2.1, a 3.5 mm audio combo jack, as well as a MicroSD card slot. Other features include a 1,440p webcam, a backlit keyboard, and an Intel AX211 wireless card providing WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 support.
The Acer Swift Go 16 laptop can currently be had for just $499.99 on Amazon, a sizeable discount from its launch price of $799.99. You can also check out our review of the higher-end variant, as we found its QHD webcam, which is likely identical to this model's, to deliver good image quality.
