The Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 AI (PHN16-73) is a powerful and well-balanced gaming laptop that successfully bridges the gap between raw performance and a surprisingly portable design. It offers a premium experience, centered around a spectacular OLED display, without pushing into the highest echelons of price and bulk. It’s a machine that feels like a sweet spot in the enthusiast gaming market. However, this impressive package is not without its significant drawbacks. The very same OLED screen that provides its greatest strength is also the source of its most critical flaws, creating a frustrating paradox for potential buyers.
