The Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 AI is an ambitious laptop, and I so badly wish it didn’t have so many things wrong with it. Performance is fairly strong across the board, too, making it a decent choice for work and gaming alike. But as I’ve said a few times already, the Neo 16 AI’s flaws are difficult to overlook, and they cast a tall shadow over the things the laptop does right.

Acer's built an incredible chassis, beautiful OLED screen, and a device that's gorgeous to look at, but its cooling setup leaves a lot to be desired, as it strangles the performance of both the CPU and GPU in higher frame rate titles.

Acer Predator Helios Neo 16S AI in the configuration presented to us is designed not only for games, but also for demanding work, creative tasks or AI experiments. Moreover, such a model not only provides high performance and good work comfort, but also allows you to move relatively easily between different workplaces. The only thing that reduces the impression is the active operation of the cooling system, although it provides stability and the absence of throttling, as well as the battery life expected for this class. But the performance of such a model will be enough for years to come.
