2024 Acer Shadow Knight Qing Pro debuts as affordable gaming laptop in China

The 2024 Acer Shadow Knight Qing Pro has made its debut in China with a reasonably affordable price tag. Its base model comes with the Intel Core i5-13500H, Nvidia RTX 4050, 16  GB of RAM, and 1 TB of storage. This config is priced at CNY 5,999 (around $834). A similarly configured ASUS TUF Gaming F15 gaming laptop has a current listing price of $1,038 on Amazon.

That said, there are two more variants of the 2024 Shadow Knight Qing Pro gaming laptop. The middle-tier option has the same CPU, RAM, and storage as the base config but gets an upgrade on the GPU. It comes with the RTX 4060 and is priced at CNY 6799 (around $946).

As for the top-end config, it packs the Intel Core i7-13620H, which is an upgrade from the other two. The other core specs are the same as the mid-tier variant, and it features a price tag of CNY 6,999 (around $974).

Besides equipping the gaming laptop with capable hardware, Acer has also considered the cooling setup. It sports seven heat pipes and dual fans to deliver stable performance under heavy loads.

Regarding the display, Acer says that the Shadow Knight Qing Pro gaming laptop has an eSports screen with a 100% sRGB coverage, 2.5K resolution, and a 165 Hz refresh rate. There are also a good number of connectivity ports, including one USB 3.2, one mini DP, one HDMI, one USB type-C, and one USB 2.0.
