Kumi has released a new smartwatch globally, the 2022 KU5 Pro. The gadget can measure your blood pressure using a soft silicone airbag that can be detached from the main strap. However, it’s worth noting that this device does not appear to be medically certified.
The new KU5 Pro promises “comprehensive health monitoring”, with features to measure your temperature, heart rate and blood oxygen levels. You can also use the device to track your respiration and sleep, with reports logged in the accompanying app.
There are multiple sports modes on the device to measure your steps and estimated calorie burn. Plus, you can connect the gadget to your smartphone to sync notifications such as messages and incoming calls.
Kumi claims that the KU5 Pro’s 200 mAh battery takes 2 hours to charge and lasts up to seven days. The smartwatch has a 1.7-in HD touch screen with a 240 x 280 px resolution, and the watch face measures 1.85 x 1.50-in (47 x 38 mm).
You can now buy the 2022 Kumi KU5 Pro via the company’s AliExpress store. The site is currently offering a new user discount, allowing you to get the device for US$197.13, 31% off the US$285.70 retail price. The watch is available with either a black or brown strap.
