As per a new leak, Sony has updated the "State of Play" page on the PS5 PlayStation store. It showcases some upcoming games like Astro Bot, a Horizon Zero Dawn remaster, and Alan Wake II.

As per an X/Twitter post by user @Renka_schedule, Sony has launched a special "State of Play" page on the PlayStation Store for PS5 users, giving us a first look at a collection of upcoming games. The announcement provides a sneak peek into a mix of remastered classics and some fresh releases that fans can expect to see on their PlayStation consoles soon.

Some highlights include Astro Bot, The Last of Us Part I, Stellar Blade, and Horizon Zero Dawn remaster. Additional fan-favorites include Monster Hunter: Wilds, Metro Awakening, Dynasty Warriors: Originals, and Alan Wake II. There's a fair number of remasters, expansions, and indie favorites in this list.

Of particular note is the inclusion of Horizon Zero Dawn, which is expected to receive a remaster - quite interesting despite the game's relatively recent release. Other remastered classics like The Last of Us Part I will likely continue to maintain their place in the PlayStation library, with new-gen upgrades keeping them relevant for now.

Additionally, upcoming titles like Fear the Spotlight and Dragon Age: Guardians of the Vale will debut as well. Sonic x Shadow Generations also makes an appearance in the image, bound to please the fans of the Sonic franchise.

The timing of this update comes just ahead of Sony’s upcoming "State of Play" event at 15:00 EDT/18:00 PDT/23:00 BST, where gamers can expect more announcements. While remasters dominate the lineup, fans might still catch a glimpse of expansions or new content for games like Spider-Man 2 and Marvel’s Wolverine (although these games may not see the light of day anytime soon).

PlayStation users will want to keep a close watch for further updates as Sony rolls out more details very soon.
