The iQoo 15 is thought to have one of the best displays of its generation of new Android flagships on its launch later in 2025. Now, it is also backed to be one of the most distinctive, with a unique new finish for its rear glass panel. The 15 might also aim to extract the most performance out of its top-end Qualcomm platform with advanced cooling and extra silicon.

The iQoo 15 is currently projected to be among the best full-sized Android smartphones on the market in the final quarter of 2025. It is linked to the same 6.85-inch display as the Galaxy S26 Ultra, with all the anti-reflective, anti-fingerprint, extra-thin bezel perks that might be found in Samsung's next-gen mobile flagship panel.

The 15's 2K LTPO display might be set at a maximum of 144Hz, moreover, whereas Samsung typically sticks with a more standard 120Hz. It is also thought to be the only one driven by a custom Q3 co-processor as well as the upcoming second-gen Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC.

iQoo's next flagship is also thought to be a ~7,000mAh beast (like its OnePlus namesake) with wireless charging to go with its 100W wired charging and the latest OriginOS 6 Android skin from its parent company Vivo.

The latter is one of the 15's few officially-confirmed specs, courtesy of iQoo product manager Galant V. The executive's Weibo account also hypes the 15 to target the iPhone 17 Pro Max even more directly with what might be the industry's largest ("8K", or possibly 8,000mm3) vapor chamber.

For all these clues and hints, no-one knows what the iQoo 15 is supposed to look like...until now. It has allegedly appeared alongside what looks like a 13 in its Nardo Gray colorway (as seen on Amazon.in), with a vastly contrasting rear panel with what might be either a flame effect finished in swathes of red and smoky black.

The resulting colorway is thought to be 1 of 2 new SKUs for the iQoo 15, although Galant V has also chimed in there to state that the smartphone will retain its series' signature Track (black) and Legend (mostly white) options.

The "15's" camera hump is obscured in its alleged hands-on leak, although it is said to contain triple rear 50MP shooters augmented with OIS and a periscope telephoto lens.

The flagship is also thought to underpin its premium appeal with an IP68/69 rating, albeit with Crystal Diamond Glass rather than Corning's Gorilla Glass.

Unfortunately, its most crucial upgrades (which, obviously, mostly consist of its allegedly class-leading display) are also forecast to hike its starting price well above that of its ~$700 predecessor.
