Govee has announced the US launch of the Permanent Outdoor Lights Prism. There will be two versions of this product, the H707A, a 100 ft (30 m) string, and the H707C, a 200 ft (60 m) string. However, the listing notes that users will be able to “cut, splice and extend” these lights, adjusting the length as necessary.
The Permanent Outdoor Lights Prism feature unusual light sources, each with three light zones for tri-color lighting effects. These are powered by the brand’s RGBWW chipsets. Across the string of lights, there are said to be smooth color gradient effects, thanks in part to the brand’s LuminBlend technology. Users can choose from 16 million colors, and color temperatures ranging from 2,700 to 6,500 K.
These settings will be manageable through the Govee Home app, where customers will likely find a range of preset scenes. On top of this, Govee has confirmed that you will be able to control the Permanent Outdoor Lights Prism with voice commands. Further details, including the operating temperature range and peak brightness, have yet to be confirmed.
The Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights Prism are scheduled to launch in the US on September 22nd. However, it is unclear how much they will cost. As an indication, the Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights 2 100 ft costs $329.99 (Amazon) Whether this product will also be released in Europe remains to be seen.
