Turtle Beach asserts that its Stealth 600 and 700 headsets have been top sellers in their markets for a few years running now. New data from the research group NPD indicates that this trend has been upheld by their latest generation, released in September 2020. Their Xbox-compatible variants were the first- and second-best selling units for the following month.

The second-gen Stealth headsets have 600 and 700 variants that are compatible with the Xbox Series X/S or PlayStation 5 (PS5). They feature specs such as 50 millimeter (mm) drivers, glasses-accomodating headbands and PS5 3D audio optimization. Their maker Turtle Beach also now claims that they have upheld the trend for best-selling status set by their predecessors.

The original Stealth 600 and 700 are associated with this kind of success in the wireless headset market through the last 2 years. Now, it seems their respective Gen 2s have equalled this record (albeit for their Xbox variants only). This applies to the first full month of their release to the market following their initial September 2020 launch.

The Stealth 600 Gen 2 for Xbox is also the best seller in the overall wireless headset for October 2020, according to new data reported from NPD. Given this good news, it is a slight shame that these accessories do not have special prices for the 2020 holiday season on their own website. They remain at US$99.95 for the 600 Gen 2 and $149.95 for the 700 Gen 2 (PS or Xbox) at present.
