Leaker All_The_Watts has revealed specifications of five upcoming RDNA 3 mobile GPUs. The RX 7800M XT occupies the top of the leaked lineup with bring 60 Compute Units, 16 GB of RAM, and a 165 W TDP, while the bottom is served by the RX 7800S with 48 CU, 12 GB of memory, and a 120 W TDP.

AMD revealed the first RDNA 3 mobile GPUs at CES 2023. Namely, the Radeon RX 7700S, the RX 7600S, the RX 7600M XT, and the RX 7600M, the GPUs cover the mid-range segment of gaming notebooks. Team Red is yet to take the wraps off upper mid-range and high-end GPUs. Now, thanks to leaker All_The_Watts on Twitter, we have specifications of some unreleased RDNA 3 mobile boards.

First up, we have the RX 7800M XT that will allegedly come with 60 Compute Units (CU), 16 GB of VRAM, and a TDP of 165 W. These specs are identical to the desktop RX 7800 which could also feature 60 CUs and 16 GB of memory. In a subsequent tweet, the leaker maintains that the RX 7800M XT could perform equal to or slightly better than the desktop RX 6800.

One step down the ladder we have the RX 7800M that will reportedly preserve the memory capacity of its bigger brother but will cut the CU count and TDP down to 54 and 150 W respectively.

Moving further down the stack, All_The_Watts suggests the RX 7800S and the RX 7700M will both feature 48 CUs and 12 GB of VRAM with TDP figures of 120 and 140 W respectively. Once again, these specs match the rumored desktop RX 7700 which could boast the same number of CUs and the same memory size. Understandably, the TDP figure will presumably differ significantly between the desktop and the mobile parts.

Finally, the leaker alleges that the RX 7900S, like the RX 7800M XT, will come with 60 CUs and 16 GB of memory but could drop the power limit down to 135 W.

While we have way no way of knowing whether these specifications are accurate, the CU count and the VRAM capacity seem reasonable since they line up with the corresponding desktop GPUs rumored a few days ago. That said, take the leak with a grain of salt as AMD is yet to announce any of these cards.
