Thanks to its arrival on the Mac App Store, Microsoft Office 365 can now be downloaded and installed by Mac users with a single click. This cloud-connected office suite includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and OneDrive. Office 365 for macOS supports Dark Mode, Continuity Camera, OneDrive Files on Demand, and more.

Although the situation was quite different a few years ago, now — according to Microsoft — Office loves Macs and Office 365 has just become available on the redesigned Mac App Store. The cloud-connected and always-up-to-date Office 365 includes full installs of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and OneDrive. Thanks to the Mac App Store, those interested can install Office 365 on their Macs with a single click.

Microsoft Office 365 for Mac is more than just a version of the popular office suite made to work on Apple's portables. The macOS build of Office 365 also provides full support for Mac and macOS exclusive features. Its highlights include Touch Bar support on the MacBook Pro, but it also works great with Dark Mode, Continuity Camera, and OneDrive Files on Demand.

Since Office 365 is connected to the cloud, its users can access their content from any device, easily create content with the assistance of artificial intelligence, and work on documents as part of teams spread across the world. Obviously, the users of Apple's devices can now use their favorite Microsoft Office tools on Mac, iPad, and iPhone, but can also collaborate with Office users that use Windows.
