The Dell 14 Premium base configuration retails for $1500 whereas the higher-end configuration with discrete GeForce RTX 4050 graphics and a 3.2K 120 Hz OLED touchscreen is currently on sale for $2000. While we never expected the XPS-inspired Dell 14 Premium to be cheap, the high price may arguably be too high as it is exactly the same as the latest Razer Blade 14 configured with the much faster RTX 5060 GPU.
As shown by the comparison charts below, the Razer system is marginally thinner and lighter than the Intel-powered Dell 14 Premium while offering similar processor performance with its Ryzen AI 9 365. Both models even carry 120 Hz Samsung OLED panels. The biggest selling point for Razer over the Dell is its RTX 5060 GPU for at least 2x faster graphics performance all for the same price of $2000. This should almost certainly appeal to performance hunters, casual gamers, or even students looking for the bigger bang for the buck.
It's not a clean sweep for Razer, however. The Dell system still comes with a slightly larger display (14.5-inch vs. 14-inch) with touchscreen functionality alongside double the RAM (32 GB vs. 16 GB) and a slightly higher native resolution (3200 vs 2000 vs. 2880 x 1800). Users who work with a lot of text, data, and editing software may find the extra pixels and memory helpful. Otherwise, the much faster GPU in the Razer can be tough to pass on.
