DJI Mini 3 Pro: Datasheets and camera samples leak as teaser, launch, pre-order and shipment dates surface

More information about the DJI Mini 3 has leaked online. Supposedly, the Mini 3 Pro will be orderable from next week, but it will not ship until the third week of May. Still, camera samples have emerged, as have datasheets for DJI's upcoming compact drone.

Reportedly, DJI will begin teasing the Mini 3 Pro later today. According to @OsitaLV, DJI will make its first announcement at 21:00, likely China Standard Time (CST), which equates to 12:00 UTC. Following that, @OsitaLV and @JasperEllens expect that DJI will present the Mini 3 Pro on May 10 at the same time, after which pre-orders will open. Finally, the Mini 3 Pro is rumoured to start shipping on May 17, although @JasperEllens seems less sure about this date.

In the meantime, the latter and @NilsAhrDE have shared datasheets of the Mini 3 Pro, embedded below. While they summarise what to expect from DJI's next compact drone, they only add minor details on top of what Argos UK revealed over the weekend. As we discussed at the time, the retailer listed the Mini 3 Pro and the Fly More Kit on its website, confirming all the drone's specifications in the process. Incidentally, Argos also published numerous marketing Mini 3 Pro renders, effectively soft-launching the drone on its website.

Separately, @JasperEllens and @DealsDrone have leaked sample photos, reputedly taken with the Mini 3 Pro. To recap, DJI has equipped the Mini 3 Pro with a 1/1.3-inch CMOS sensor that outputs at 48 MP. Moreover, the camera supports dual native ISO, HDR and can shoot RAW.

Please note that various social media uploads and downloads have compressed all the images, which will have reduced their quality compared to what the Mini 3 Pro is capable of producing. For reference, the Mini 3 Pro is expected to start at €739 in the Eurozone and will cost £859/€999 with its new DC remote controller.
