Amazfit has officially revealed the Helio Strap. This was one of three unreleased wearables which briefly appeared on a Zepp Health Security web page. Plus, images and some specifications of the wearable were leaked at the start of June 2025.
Now, Amazfit has confirmed the existence of the Helio Strap on social media. There is also a blog post about the Amazfit Helio Strap HYROX Edition, described as a limited edition wearable “created specifically for the Elite 15—the world’s top HYROX athletes”. It is a hybrid device between a smartwatch and an HRM monitor, with a display concealed inside the band when not in use.
In the post, Amazfit confirms that the Helio Strap can track health metrics like heart rate, stress, sleep and energy levels 24 hours a day. You can use this data to inform your training schedule and recovery plan. For example, there is a new BioCharge energy monitoring score, which appears similar to Garmin’s Body Battery. Amazfit suggests that the feature can help you to decide the intensity of a workout for peak performance.
Features of the HYROX Edition strap also include HYROX Race and PFT modes. Plus, there is automatic detection and tracking for strength training, logging your reps, sets and rest periods. Users can view their data in the Zepp App, and they also have the option to pair the Helio Strap with other Amazfit devices like the T-Rex 3 smartwatch (curr. $279.99 at Amazon) or the Helio Ring (curr. from $169.99 at Amazon). There is support for integration with Strava, TrainingPeaks and adidas Running, and the wearable is said to run for up to 10 days on a single charge.
It is unclear when the Amazfit Helio Strap will launch and how much it will cost. Whether the limited Hyrox Edition band will be available to purchase also remains to be seen.
