Ubisoft’s Immortals Fenyx Rising has received a substantial discount on the PlayStation Store, cutting its usual $60 price by 90%. The open-world action-adventure game, developed by Ubisoft Quebec and released in 2020, draws clear inspiration from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, while also sharing elements with Ubisoft's 2018 title, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, via its Greek mythology setting.

Players take on the role of Fenyx, a demigod who must rescue the Greek pantheon using divine powers borrowed from figures like Daedalus and Achilles, battling foes such as Medusa and cyclopes while working through environmental puzzles. As far as criticism goes, player sentiment on the PlayStation Store is generally favorable, with an average of 4.25 out of five stars from more than 12,000 reviews.

The $6 price tag runs until October 8 and applies to both PS5 and PS4 consoles. PS Plus Extra and Premium subscribers can already access the game free of charge through their respective catalogs, making the sale primarily relevant to players outside those tiers. Given the hours of content on offer, with the campaign reportedly taking at least 25 hours (rising to around 40 hours with side content and around 60 hours for completionists), it stands out as one of the more cost-effective purchases currently available on the PlayStation Store.
