Xiaomi Vacuum Cleaner P30: New cordless vacuum cleaner is light and handy

The Xiaomi Vacuum Cleaner P30 recently appeared on the manufacturer's global website, indicating an imminent global launch outside of Xiaomi's home market in China. Although the availability and price are still pending, the website provides all the technical information about the new member of Xiaomi's vacuum cleaner portfolio.

The Xiaomi Vacuum Cleaner P30 is a new upright vacuum cleaner in a particularly compact format. The main unit with the motor, battery and 200 ml dust container weighs just 860 grams, making it very lightweight, practical and easy to use. However, it does not have a "pistol grip." Instead, the handpiece is an extension of the suction tube. Together with the floor nozzle, the P30, with its 22,000 Pa of suction power, 110,000 rpm and 180 W motor, can be used for convenient floor cleaning. A 2-in-1 brush is also included, which can be used as a handheld vacuum cleaner to clean upholstered furniture, blinds and other items.

The 8,000 mAh battery inside the Xiaomi Vacuum Cleaner P30 is said to provide up to 40 minutes of runtime. In turbo mode, however, only 10 minutes of cleaning time is possible. The modes are changed using two buttons on the device. A unique feature is that the cordless vacuum cleaner is charged via USB-C. A corresponding charger and USB-C cable are said to be included in the delivery.
