Dyson has released the new V8 Cyclone cordless vacuum cleaner in Europe. This model appeared in Taiwan and China in late August 2025, and was shown by the company at the Dyson Unveiled event alongside the Spot+Scrub Ai robot vacuum and the V16 Piston Animal vacuum.
Now, you can buy the Dyson V8 Cyclone cordless vacuum cleaner in some European countries like Spain, France and Germany. At the brand’s online store, it retails for €399.00. This is the same RRP as the older V8 Advanced, though the new model features various upgrades. It will also be released in the UK on September 17th, where it will cost £349.99. On the same date, it will launch in Australia for AU$649.
The V8 Cyclone is 30% more powerful than the original V8, delivering up to 150AW suction power; this is also a 15% increase in power compared to the V8 Advanced. Another improvement is the battery life, with an estimated 60 minute runtime, a 50% increase versus its predecessors. Plus, the battery is interchangeable for more cleaning time. Users can choose between three power modes, and there is a trigger-free feature.
Dyson’s V8 Cyclone has the brand’s Root Cyclone separation system, with 15 cyclones ensuring no loss of suction, capturing 99.99% of particles as small as 0.3 microns. It comes with a range of attachments, and users can view video tutorials in the MyDyson app, designed to help them get the most out of the machine. It is unclear when the Dyson V8 Cyclone cordless vacuum cleaner will be released in the US. Here, the original V8 is currently available for $469 at Amazon.
