The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra is a high-performance version of Xiaomi's first electric car, the SU7. Exclusively sold in China, Xiaomi has now announced that more people will be able to get their hands on the car, which starts at RMB 529,900 (~$73,705/€64,542), via the popular racing game, Gran Turismo.
The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra will be available to drive in the racing game, making it the first Chinese vehicle to be added to the 28-year old game franchise. Unfortunately, there's no date yet as to when the car will be added to Gran Turismo 7.
Currently holding the title as the fastest four-door sedan on the Nurburgring, the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra can go from 1 to 100km/h in 1.98 seconds. It also has a top speed of 350km/h.
Powered by three motors — two Xiaomi V8s and one Xiaomi V6s — the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra has a CATL Qilin 2.0 battery with a range of 630km on the CLTC cycle. It is also the first sedan to feature 430mm carbon discs, allowing it to stop from 100km/h in just 30.8m.
