The Xiaomi SU7, SU7 Max, and SU7 Pro electric vehicles have appeared in supposed official images on a State Council website in China. Alongside the pictures of the Xiaomi cars was information about the EVs' rear-wheel and all-wheel drive powertrains, battery, and operating system.

New images and information about the Xiaomi SU7 EV series have been revealed. The details were shared in a Weibo post and said to be uncovered at the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China.

The images show three models, the SU7, SU7 Max and SU7 Pro, though less information is provided on the Pro variant. The filings list two powertrains; the first is a rear-wheel drive with a 220kW motor delivering a top speed of 130 mph (~210 kph) and 295 bhp. Plus, an AWD variant will have dual 220 kW and 275 kW motors, allowing you to drive at up to 165 mph (~265 kph) with 663 bhp. While the RWD vehicle weighs 1,980 kg (~4,365 lbs), the AWD variant weighs 2,205 kg (~4,861 lbs).

The filing indicates a 101 kWh battery, as leaked earlier this year, a 3,000 mm (~118-in) wheelbase and 19-in or 20-in tires. The cars will use HyperOS, and at least some will have a motorized rear spoiler. Compared to the SU7, the SU7 Max has an additional front-facing LiDAR sensor, which could be used for adaptive cruise control, crash detection or or other autonomous driving features. Rumors suggest that the Xiaomi SU7 electric vehicle will go into production in December 2023, with the first deliveries expected in February.
