Reviews for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Turbo

If you want a flagship-like with great design and looks, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Turbo may be the phone you have been looking for. Sure, it doesn’t have water resistance or support for wireless charging, but you can’t really expect all that at this price segment. It provides a premium design and a fantastic experience at a not-so-premium price. From its aesthetical beauty to the new and powerful chipset, the phone will not disappoint. There are other smartphones in the market with similar features but none of them comes close to the fantastic appearance of the new Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Turbo. Other than the lack of water resistance certification and lack of wireless charging, we couldn’t find any other genuine downside to this smartphone. It’s our recommendation that you give this phone a try.

The current Poco F5 pricing, although a bit high, seems to be adequate enough to spark some interest. It's sitting comfortably between the cheap midrangers and the more expensive ones with premium features, without many 2023 competitors around. More importantly, the phone excels in more than one area. The screen is great with all the HDR certifications, battery life is solid, charging speed is competitive, camera quality is surprisingly good (except for the Night mode and the selfies), performance is unrivaled even by more expensive phones thanks to the brand new SD 7+ Gen 2, loudspeakers are decent enough, and design and ergonomics are excellent. Bonus points for being IP53-rated, offering flagship-level haptics and having an OIS on the main camera. It makes the shooting experience a tad better.

Generally speaking, after testing Redmi Note 12 Turbo, I can vaguely feel that another mid-range market “welding-level” product that is full of aspects has come out, and this product does not lose performance. The current mainstream sub-flagship products have all the features that a flagship phone with a rear-mounted main camera should have. In addition, there are a series of flagship experiences such as X-axis linear motors, stereo dual speakers, 5000mAh large battery, and 67W fast charging. It is also full of sincerity. Such a “mid-end product” with a leapfrog nature is believed to push this year’s “involution war” in the mid-end market to a climax. For consumers, it may be a bit redundant to ask “whether it is worth it” Now if you need a mobile phone with good experience in all aspects, but the budget is not enough to buy a flagship, it is difficult to find a reason not to consider this Redmi Note 12 Turbo.

It is a small display format for smartphones. You shouldn't be severely defective in vision, and you won't see much detail on the screen and only have a small resolution available. For that, the device should be small and handy, easy to transport.
