Reviews for the Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra

89.7% The best Android tablet isn't from Samsung – Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra review | Notebookcheck
The 14-inch Pad 7 Ultra is a superlative tablet, stealing the show from the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. With its optional matte finish, the outstanding OLED panel offers the perfect conditions for stylus-based mobile use. But can the new XRing O1 keep up with the Snapdragon 8 Elite?
Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra Review: First Truly Fully-Equipped Flagship Tablet
Source: Igeekphone English
Experiencing the Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra leaves a powerful impression—not just as a fully loaded flagship Pad, but as a milestone that embodies a decade of Xiaomi’s technological evolution. The debut of the Xuanjie O1 chip sets a new benchmark for domestic SoCs. While it may not yet represent a fully self-developed IP, it marks a significant leap from concept to execution. It showcases Xiaomi’s strong capabilities in chip design and integration, and its ability to master cutting-edge manufacturing processes, closing the gap with international giants that have led the field for decades. For Xiaomi and the broader Chinese tech industry, the Xuanjie O1 isn’t an endpoint—it’s a fresh beginning. It stands as a symbol of China’s accelerating chip innovation, leveraging global foundations to reach new heights.

There are hardly any tablets in this display size range anymore. For subnotebooks, on the other hand, it is the standard format.

The advantage of subnotebooks is that the entire laptop can be small and therefore easily portable. The smaller display also has the advantage of requiring less power, which further improves battery life and thus mobility. The disadvantage is that reading texts is more strenuous on the eyes. High resolutions are more likely to be found in standard laptops.
