It evaluates processing power, display, battery life, camera system, software maturity, and price positioning against rival premium Android phones.

Pros

+ Flagship Snapdragon 8 performance
+ Excellent 2K AMOLED display
+ Massive 7000mAh battery
+ IP69 water dust resistance
+ Strong gaming thermals, features
+ Competitive sub‑€600 pricing
+ Long software support window
+ Fast wired wireless charging

Cons

- Noticeable price hike
- Average ultrawide camera
- Mediocre selfie camera
- Charging not class‑leading
- Heavier, large form factor
- Limited market availability
- Speakers below flagship best
- Potential gaming overheating

The Vivo iQOO 15 is presented as a high-end Android flagship with a strong emphasis on performance and gaming, driven by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and Adreno 840 GPU. Reviewers consistently praise its 6.85-inch 2K LTPO AMOLED display, huge 7,000 mAh silicon-carbon battery, and robust cooling, which together deliver long runtimes and stable frame rates in demanding titles. The phone adds premium touches like IP68/IP69 protection, ultrasonic fingerprint reader, fast charging, and a versatile 50 MP triple rear camera system with telephoto, though the ultrawide and selfie quality trail the best rivals. Software, historically a weakness for the brand, is described as significantly improved, with cleaner UI, better optimisation, and long-term update commitments. Critics note a substantial price increase versus earlier iQOO generations and point out that charging speeds, speakers, and camera tuning are not outright class-leading. Overall, the iQOO 15 earns ratings mostly in the 80–90% range and is widely recommended as a balanced performance flagship that challenges more established brands while offering strong value for power users and gamers.

Reviews for the Vivo iQOO 15

88.6% Android smartphone with spectacular hardware at a bargain price – Vivo iQOO 15 review | Notebookcheck
With the iQOO 15, Vivo offers a true flagship-level gaming smartphone at an attractive price. For under €600, buyers get fast charging, IP69 certification, and a large 7,000 mAh battery. An ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and a 1440p OLED panel are also rare features in this price class.
80% iQOO 15 Review: Flagship Performance, Few Flaws
Source: Gadgetbyte Nepal English
The iQOO 15 is a genuinely underrated flagship. It offers an excellent design, a best-in-class display, superb performance, strong cameras, and solid battery life. The main reason it’s flying under the radar is pricing. Starting at ₹73,000 in India (NPR 116,851), it costs the same as the OnePlus 15, which is unusual for iQOO. This price jump makes it harder to recommend outright, especially given iQOO’s traditionally aggressive pricing strategy. But sadly, this device won't launch in Nepal as every other iQOO phone.

OnePlus 15 vs iQOO 15 vs Honor Win: Which flagship is actually better?
Source: Tech X Reviews English
We’ve officially hit a point where gaming phones are becoming the real powerhouses of the industry. It isn’t just about having the fastest chip anymore—it’s about who can actually handle that power without melting in your hand. The iQOO 15, OnePlus 15, and the newly rebranded Honor Win are fighting for the top spot as the best gaming flagship of 2025. Each one takes a completely different approach to what a high-performance device should look and feel like.

91% iQOO 15 Review: A Huge Step Forward But Is It a Successful One?
Source: The Mobile Indian English
At Rs 72,999, the iQOO 15 checks a lot of boxes when it comes to the specifications and features expected from an all-rounder flagship. Yes, it does cut corners in a few areas, such as the speakers and the selfie camera, but it makes up for them in other aspects. Most importantly, with the software now sorted—previously iQOO’s weakest link—it feels like only onwards and upwards for the brand. With a few more optimisations, the iQOO 15 could be an even better phone than it already is.

iQOO 15 review – 3 great aspects alongside a reasonable price
Source: NLT English
So, should you buy the iQOO 15? I honestly think that this is a great phone for gaming. The main highlight are 3 things – the performance with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 paired with the Supercomputing Chip Q3, the magnificent Samsung 2K M14 LEAD AMOLED display, and also its great battery life that can last for hours of high-end gaming. Ultimately, it boils down to the price – which is starting at RM3,699. It’s not the most affordable Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset that we have right now, but the result speaks for itself. It’s an amazing phone that I think is still a very reasonable price, all things considered.

iQOO 15 review: From flagship killer to full-fledged flagship
Source: Think Digit English
The iQOO 15 feels like a defining moment for the brand. It is no longer just chasing performance numbers or trying to undercut rivals on price. Instead, it is finally trying to stand confidently among the top Android flagships. There’s the absurdly bright 2K display, the performance is rock-solid, the battery life is dependable, and the camera system is surprisingly capable. Basically, what I am trying to imply is that the phone delivers where it truly matters in daily use. It feels refined, powerful, and, for the most part, well thought through. Recalling my conversation with iQOO’s CEO, Nipun Marya, he made it clear that pricing this year was driven not just by rising component costs, but by the sheer number of upgrades packed into the iQOO 15.

80% I tested the iQOO 15: It is the ideal POCO F8 Ultra rival, and it has a major advantage
Source: Android Central English
Even though it costs a lot more than its predecessor, I'm comfortable recommending the iQOO 15. The phone has the latest internals and does a great job in regular use, and it handles demanding games with ease — even if there's an overheating issue. The 6.85-inch 2K panel is among the best in its class, and iQOO outdid itself with the massive silicon battery on this phone; I easily got a day and a half even with heavy use. It has all the extras you need, comes with better software, and while the design doesn't stand out as much, it is a legitimate rival to the likes of what Google and Samsung have to offer.

iQOO 15 Review: A Flagship That Finally Goes Beyond Just Gaming
Source: Techlusive English
The iQOO 15 is different from earlier generations that it doesn’t just have a strong gaming focus; it represents a truly flagship product. The iQOO 15 incorporates a telephoto lens as well as a high-quality display provided by Samsung. Additionally, the device is well-supported for software updates, and the device’s gaming experience is top-notch. Overall, the iQOO 15 is a solid competitor in the premium space. The iQOO 15 retails for Rs 72,999, positioning it directly against the OnePlus 15 and Realme GT 8 Pro. While they are similar in performance, they differ in terms of camera tuning and software experience. Still, the iQOO 15 strikes the best balance of performance, display quality, camera versatility and battery life. The iQOO 15 is ideally suited for users seeking a high-performance flagship with minimal compromise throughout daily use; it delivers superb speed, reliability, and quality attributes.

iQOO 15 Review: Questing on and on… into the Premium Flagship Zone
Source: Tech PP English
Its price hike means that the iQOO 15 is not quite the no-brainer the iQOO 12 and 13 were. It is now more of a premium flagship than a budget flagship or a flagship killer. As a result, it not only faces more competition than it did in the past, but also that its competitors are far more premium and well-established players. In 2025, against the likes of the Galaxy S25, the OnePlus 13, and the Pixel 9, the iQOO 13 was an easy choice, thanks to its vastly lower price tag. However, the iQOO 15 can no longer lean on its price against the premium players, and that makes its path ahead a challenging one. That said, its blend of quad HD display, flagship processor, and RAM, and that color shifting Monster Halo light on the back, gives it a terrific blend of style, substance, and edginess.

iQOO 15: A flagship smartphone worthy of performance, battery, and display
Source: Business Standard English
The iQOO 15 is probably one of the most balanced devices iQOO has come up with so far. It doesn’t chase gimmicks, it doesn’t scream “gaming phone,” and it doesn’t rely solely on raw horsepower to sell itself. Instead, it delivers a mature flagship experience built around smooth performance, decent thermal management, dependable cameras, a stunning display, and a cleaner OS with genuinely helpful AI additions. It’s not perfect, though. The ultrawide camera could be better, and the audio, while good, doesn’t match the very top tier that it's priced at. But these are minor compromises in what is otherwise a very complete package. If you want a flagship that combines speed, stability, and premium build quality without unnecessary drama, the iQOO 15 is an easy recommendation. It’s fast when you need it, sophisticated in design, and reliable in everyday use. For users who prioritise performance with all-around skills being there to complement it, this might be the right Android flagship for you.

Late Contender For Best Phone 2025? | IQOO 15 Review
Source: Tech Spurt English
As with previous generations, the IQOO 15 is one of the most powerful smartphones in 2025. That Qualcomm chipset plus Vivo's bonus Supercomputer Q3 chipset means gamers can blaze through any title out there, often with 144Hz refresh rates and super-high definition visuals. Battery life is also top notch, whether you're gaming or simply streaming video, messaging etc. The Vivo IQOO 15 can last a full, intense day with double digit screen-on time, while the fast charging support is up there with the best. OriginOS 6 can be a bit quirky, similar to Xiaomi's HyperOS, but also adds a few worthy features. And a few iPhone-baiting copycat efforts too. At least you get respectable update pledges.

80% iQOO 15 review: Stands tall among competition
Source: India Today English
The iQOO 15 is easily one of the most balanced flagships the brand has made so far, and this time it feels more rounded rather than focusing mainly on gaming performance. The 6.85-inch Samsung 2K M14 display is indeed one of the best in its segment, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 keeps everything running smoothly, and the huge 7000mAh battery easily takes you through long days. Add to that wireless charging, a capable triple-camera setup and a sturdy design, and the iQOO 15 covers almost everything a flagship should. Of course, there are some shortcomings. The ultra-wide and macro camera performance still lags behind what some competitors offer in the flagship segment. But it doesn’t overshadow the overall package the iQOO 15 has to offer.

iQOO 15 Review: Flagship Power Without the Premium Price Tag
Source: Exhibit.tech English
The iQOO 15 challenges overpriced flagships at ₹64,999, offering elite performance, a vibrant 6.85-inch 2K 144Hz display, improved cameras for everyday use, and impressive battery life. It competes closely with the OnePlus 15, excelling in gaming thermals and value, but falling short in software fluidity and charging speed. The ergonomic flat design is a plus, although the camera bump and average low-light ultrawide could be better. Who should buy it? well, it is ideal for gamers, performance users, and budget-conscious enthusiasts seeking a flagship experience without the ₹70k+ price tag. If you prioritize camera quality or ecosystem integration, consider alternatives like the OPPO Find X9. With 5 years of OS updates, it’s a solid long-term choice.

90% iQOO 15 Review: Big Steps Forward
Source: NDTV Gadgets English
The iQOO 15 feels like an evolution rather than a redesign. The flatter back, cleaner finish, brighter display and more refined software all contribute to a device that feels more premium and cohesive than last year's model. Performance remains its strongest point, and the battery life holds up well even under heavy use. There are still a few compromises. The bottom bezel looks a bit outdated, the phone is on the heavier side, and while the camera system is noticeably better this time, low-light portraits can still be inconsistent. The iQOO 15 will suit users who value performance, display quality and battery reliability above everything else. For alternatives, the OnePlus 15 (review) is a good option to consider, while options like the Oppo Find X9 or Vivo X300 will offer stronger imaging overall.

88% iQOO 15 review
Source: GSM Arena English
iQOO’s top-end offering is once again an excellent all-rounder, striking a solid balance between price, hardware and features. That still holds true even with the massive price hike taken into account. Sure, we could justify the price increase given the hardware upgrades, but it is higher than expected. As a result, the iQOO 15 now has to go up against flagships from more established brands, and that will be a challenge. It may not be the most impressive cameraphone, mainly due to its ultrawide and selfie shooters, and charging speed is not among the fastest, but it still comes remarkably close to far more expensive flagships. The display is bright and smooth, battery life is excellent, and it is one of the few Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 phones that make use of several handy gaming features. So is it worth getting? Yes. Even at its launch price, the iQOO 15 is very easy to recommend. It is just a shame that its market availability remains limited to a select few countries.

82% iQOO 15 review: top-tier performer, but it might still pay the price
Source: 91mobiles English
The iQOO 15’s Rs 72,999 price tag places it directly alongside the OnePlus 15 and Realme GT 8 Pro, giving buyers three Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 contenders at the same tier. Day-to-day performance is virtually indistinguishable across the trio, and the software experience is similarly familiar thanks to each brand’s customised skin. Where the iQOO 15 pulls ahead is in stability and longevity. It shows less throttling than the OnePlus 15, likely helped by its larger VC cooling system, and it also offers longer software support. While the OnePlus and Realme models are committed to updates until 2031, the iQOO 15 extends that window through to 2032.Additionally, the iQOO 15 features a higher-resolution display – the same panel that’s rumoured to appear in the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S26 series.
