Reviews for the Vivo Y70
The Vivo Y70 starts as an inexpensive mid-range smartphone under 300 Euros (~$300) and offers an appealing design, an AMOLED screen, and a triple camera. Especially the quite fast Qualcomm SoC and the long update support can be the deciding factors for buying the device, but we also discovered some minor issues in detail.

The Vivo Y70 ends up in credit when all the pros and cons are considered – while it doesn't exactly stand out in any particular area, it has enough going for it to make it one of the better choices down at the lower end of the smartphone market when it comes to price.

In many areas, the Vivo Y70 offers everything people are looking for in a modern smartphone. There’s a gorgeous AMOLED display, 33W fast charging and impressive cameras for the price. Performance is solid if not spectacular, while the highly reflective rear design helps it stand out aesthetically.

The Vivo Y70 makes an effort to dazzle with its large, vibrant AMOLED display and impressively fast charging. But its design, camera and performance feel disappointingly half-hearted. With the Poco X3 NFC bringing out the big guns for much less money, and several well-specced rivals asking for just a little extra, the Vivo Y70 seems destined to be overlooked.

It is a small display format for smartphones. You shouldn't be severely defective in vision, and you won't see much detail on the screen and only have a small resolution available. For that, the device should be small and handy, easy to transport.
» To find out how fine a display is, see our DPI List.76.78%: This rating is not earth-shattering. This rating must actually be seen as average, since there are about as many devices with worse ratings as better ones. A purchase recommendation can only be seen with a lot of goodwill, unless it is about websites that generally rate strictly.
