The LG V30 was launched a few months ago to a mostly positive reception and went on sale in the US a few weeks ago. The only available versions of the V30 at the moment are carrier-locked, however, but users looking to get one without the shackles of a specific carrier finally have a reason to smile, as an unlocked version of the flagship has been listed on B&H.
The V30 was poised to be one of the best flagships of the year, but hands-on usage has revealed flaws in the phone's display that mar its overall package. Users have reported cases of uneven displays on the V30, which is a damning case for LG's current display technologies, especially as the Pixel 2 XL—which also uses POLED displays—has suffered from related issues.
The V30 sports a 6-inch FullVision QHD+ OLED display, Snapdragon 835, 4 GB of LPDDR4X RAM, 64 GB of UFS 2.1 storage, dual rear cameras (16 MP +13 MP), a 5 MP selfie shooter, IP68 certification, and a 3300 mAh battery.
The listing touts it to go on sale on November 28—although it will not ship till December 5—with an accompanying price tag of US$830.
