Sprint's latest deal offers two LG V30+ phones for the price of one
The deal couldn't be simpler: lease the Sprint-exclusive LG V30+ and you get a second handset on the house.
Sprint has revealed the launch date for the premium version of LG's upcoming flagship phone. Starting on October 13, the audiophile-friendly LG V30+ will be available from Sprint's retail and online stores as well as by ordering via phone (people still do that, apparently).
The LG V30+ will cost US$38 per month with $0 down with Sprint Flex. To celebrate the phone's launch—more likely to get more people to consider switching to Sprint—new customers and existing customers who are upgrading to LG's new phone can get a second V30+ at no additional cost. Essentially, the second handset is on a $0-per-month lease.
A free flagship isn't the only thing included in this deal. As part of Sprint's collaboration on a national promotion with Google, everyone who purchases an LG V30+ can also get a free Daydream View headset. Complementing it is the Top VR Content Bundle, which includes 5 as-of-yet unnamed virtual reality games and is worth US$40.
The LG V30+ is similar to the standard LG V30 in most regards, but includes more memory and better audio. The amount of storage space on the V30+ is doubled to 128 GB, which is great news for music lovers who prefer to store their music on their device as opposed to streaming it. A Hi-Fi Quad DAC is exclusive to this model, and LG states that only the V30+ comes with the company's high-quality QuadPlay earbuds.
Sprint's LG V30+ BOGO promotion will be available for a limited time only.
