Unawake is an action RPG developed by the independent studio RealityArts and published by Toplitz Productions. The game is played from a first-person perspective. After an archaeological discovery in an ancient city, players find underground structures that lead to a surreal world. There they uncover a secret.
Unawake combines science fiction with dark fantasy and is designed to offer intense close combat with strategic elements. The character develops over the course of the game, learns new skills and receives a variety of customizable weapons. Unawake is due to be released at the end of 2024. An exact release date is not known. However, the aplha trailer already shows the first gameplay scenes:
Unawake gets realistic facial animations
We have known for some time that the game, developed in Unreal Engine 5, will have some impressive graphics. On March 22, publisher Toplitz Productions announced in a press release that Unawake will also feature characters with particularly lifelike faces thanks to Nivida's Audio2Face technology. On the same day, Toplitz published a video on YouTube showing conversations with two characters from the game. The video also shows the percentage distribution of emotions on the face.
