A new Realme smartphone, the Realme G85, is reportedly set to launch in India later this November, according to information shared by tipster @yabhishekhd on X. The device has not yet been officially announced by the company.
According to the post, the Realme G85 will be similar to the Realme 15x, offering comparable performance and design but featuring a downgraded camera setup.
The Realme 15x includes a 6.8-inch HD+ display with a 144Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, and a 7000mAh battery. It also offers up to 8GB of RAM, 256GB of expandable storage, and runs Android 15 with realme UI 6.0. The phone’s camera setup includes a 50MP primary sensor and a 50MP front shooter.
If the G85 retains these core features, users can expect similar overall performance and battery endurance, with a reduced emphasis on camera quality. The device remains unannounced, but if reports hold true, it could appeal to buyers seeking midrange speed and battery life at a lower cost. The product appears to share a lot in common with the recently released Realme C85, though the latter is only available in Vietnam at the moment.
Meanwhile, @yabhishekhd also reports that Redmi is preparing to launch the Redmi 15C later this month or early in December, followed by the Redmi Note 15 series in January 2026, signaling a busy launch season for budget and midrange smartphones is right around the corner.
