The latest set of OnLeaks renders concerns rumors the leaker has apparently heard about a phone called the Samsung Galaxy A70e. The images, published as a result of an exclusive partnership with CompareRaja, show a phone that may be best served aiming for the lower end of the market.
Then again, this design is also graced with a rear-facing fingerprint sensor and 3 rear cameras. However, the renders also suggest where Samsung may have cut corners with this phone: the screen. This allegedly upcoming phone has definitely noticeable bezels, as well as a chin with which the orginal A70 is not saddled.
Therefore, the screen as a whole may recall some recent iPhone variants, which also have surprisingly strong screen edges, as well as a notch that cuts into their display real-estate. OnLeaks and CompareRaja also assert that the phone measures about 156.8x76.45x9.4 millimeters (mm), which may mean its well-bordered screen could be about 6.1 inches in diagonal length.
Furthermore, the "A70e" is now linked to a microUSB port - although it may also have a headphone jack. It may confuse some readers as to why this device is even rumored to exist: its series has now distinctly moved on to Ax1 variants; in addition, the A70s exists.
On that note, the upcoming Galaxy A11 is also said to have triple cameras, although it may also have a smaller screen. Time may tell where the postulated new budget phone will fit into Samsung's release scheme this year.
