The OnePlus 13 has received a discount that brings it down to its lowest price. While a successor is on the horizon, the OnePlus 13 is still a top flagship phone and can hold its own against several of its rivals.

OnePlus's next flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 15, is coming soon. The phone is reported to be available first in China before getting a global release afterwards. However, until that happens, the OnePlus 13 is still its flagship device, and even with a successor on the horizon, it is still worth buying, especially now that it is on sale.

The OnePlus 13 has been discounted by Amazon, bringing it down to its lowest price ever. The base model, which has 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, has received a 17% or $150 discount, and can now be purchased for $749.99 on Amazon instead of $899.99. And if you want more RAM and storage, the 16GB RAM version with 512GB of storage is down to $849.99 from $999.99.

The flagship has also received a discount on the official OnePlus website and buyers get a free wood grain magnetic case worth $39.99 when they purchase it directly from OnePlus.

The OnePlus 13 has a 6.82-inch LTPO 4.1 display with a QHD+ (3168 x 1440) resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and ceramic guard protection. The display can reach up to 4500 nits and can be operated with wet/oily fingers or gloves. Powering the phone is Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite processor paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.

For its cameras, the OnePlus 13 has a 50MP Sony LYT-808 as its primary rear camera, another 50MP Sony LYT-600 with 3x optical zoom with OIS with a telephoto lens, and a third 50MP S5KJN5 sensor as its ultrawide camera. According to OnePlus, it is the first smartphone that can capture 4K Dolby Vision with every camera including the 32MP sensor on the front. It can also record in 8K at 30 fps and comes with Hasselblad camera features.

The OnePlus 13 has an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, dual SIM support including eSIM, a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port, an IR blaster, support for LDAC and LHDC 5.0 codecs, and is rated IP69 for dust and water resistance. It is also one of the last OnePlus smartphones with an Alert Slider, and it has support for Google Find My even when turned off.

There's a massive 6,000mAh battery capacity under its hood which can charge at up to 80W with a wired charger and at up to 50W with a wireless charger. OnePlus ships the phone with a 100W charger in the box. It also comes pre-loaded with OxygenOS 15 based on Android 15 out of the box and will receive 4 major Android updates and 6 years of security updates.

In our review of the OnePlus 13, we praised its display which is not only bright but very sharp. Its impressive performance, battery life, reliable fingerprint scanner, and super-fast charging are also some of the features we like. However, while its cameras are a worthy upgrade over its predecessor and will suffice for many users, it isn't the best out there. The lack of native recording slow motion videos at 4K 120fps is also boggling considering it's a feature that is available on its predecessor. It also doesn't have ultra-wideband.
