State-of-the-art Android phone with 0.35mm bezel, 6.3-inch 240Hz display teased; it's not the Pixel 11a

The legendary leakster Ice Universe has just shared a glimpse of a revolutionary new panel from Tianma that could redefine the "all-screen" experience on phones.
The display features a jaw-dropping 0.35mm bezel - a measurement that would easily shatter existing records and achieve an incredible screen-to-body ratio. This 6.32-inch panel isn't just about looks - it's a performance beast boasting a 240Hz refresh rate, aimed at delivering the fluidity you’d expect to see on gaming phones.
While rumors have swirled about OnePlus adopting a 240Hz display, current leaks for the OnePlus 16 suggest a much larger 6.78-inch screen with bezels sitting around the 1mm mark. Unless OnePlus is planning a surprise compact edition, the 6.32-inch size makes this Tianma panel a more likely candidate for the vanilla Xiaomi 18, which has also been rumored to get an advanced panel.

The "all-screen" smartphone war: Honor is in the lead; can OnePlus, Xiaomi or Apple take the crown?
For reference, here is how the smartphone display bezel war is going right now. It looks like Honor is winning:
- The OnePlus 15T has a 6.32-inch display with 165Hz refresh rate and 1.1mm bezels, which makes the OnePlus 16T a likely candidate for the Tianma panel.
- At 0.98mm, Honor claims the Honor 600 and 600 Pro are currently the phones with the thinnest display borders in the world.
- Apple is also, reportedly, planning to introduce an all-screen, 20th anniversary iPhone next year.
- And the Google Pixel 10a also has a display.
Either way, the 0.35mm bezel would be a massive step towards the all-screen goal phone-makers have been chasing for ages. If integrated into a phone this year, it would represent the closest the industry has ever come to a truly bezel-less smartphone.
