Sonos Ace Ultra price, specs, and release date leaked

The Sonos Ace Ultra's design was leaked a few days ago, giving us our first look at the company's upcoming premium headphones. The headphones also appeared in an FCC filing shortly after. And now, a new leak has revealed more details about the Ace Ultra, including its features, colors, price, and release date.

The latest information comes from Billbil-kun, a leaker known for revealing product details ahead of official announcements. According to the leak, the Ace Ultra will be available in Black and White, along with a new Agave color. This is described as a blue-green shade.

The biggest upgrade is expected to be the active noise cancellation, which is reportedly up to twice as effective as the original Sonos Ace. Battery life is also getting a boost, with the Ace Ultra said to offer up to 35 hours with ANC enabled. Fast charging will reportedly provide around three hours of playback from just three minutes of charging.

Sonos is also expected to improve how the headphones work with its Dolby Atmos-compatible soundbars. On top of that, the Ace Ultra will reportedly feature touch controls instead of physical buttons.

According to the leak, the Sonos Ace Ultra will cost $449 in the US, while pricing is expected to be €449 in Europe and £399 in the UK. Interestingly, this would make the new model cheaper than the original Ace's €499 launch price. As for availability, Sonos is reportedly planning to officially announce the Ace Ultra on September 1, 2026, followed by a commercial release on September 29.
