MagyarSharkoon RGB Hex ATX case arrives with 3D hexagon design
Unveiled earlier today, the Sharkoon RGB Hex ATX case comes with a treat for computer users who love RGB lights, but there's more to it than just the six pre-installed RGB LED fans. The front panel with a 3D hexagon design is optimized for improved airflow, the I/O panel features a 10 Gbps USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 2 port for high-speed data transfer, while the side panel made of transparent tempered glass comes to increase the visual appeal of any PC built using this case.
Unlike other Sharkoon cases with addressable RGB LED fans, the RGB Hex features no less than three dust filters. This case can accommodate a radiator up to 360 mm long and 64 mm high behind the front panel, and the space available below the top panel (after removing the pre-installed fans) allows the installation of a radiator up to 240 mm long and 55 mm high.
In addition to the above, this case can take in graphics cards up to 35 cm in length, CPU coolers with a height of up to 15.8 cm, as well as PSUs as long as 21.5 cm. The list of storage devices that can be installed includes a pair of 3.5-inch HDDs and up to six SSDs. The front panel features the 10 Gbps port mentioned above and two USB 3.0 ports, as well as two 3.5 mm audio jacks (input and output).
The addressable RGB LED fans can be controlled from mainboards that feature MSI Mystic Light Sync, ASUS Aura Sync, Gigabyte RGB Fusion, ASRock Polychrome Sync, but also feature 20 preset modes that can be selected manually with the help of the reset switch that is located on the front panel.

High-Performance ATX Case with 3D Hexagon Design
Pohlheim, 23 February 2023 - Sharkoon Technologies is an international supplier of high-quality, high-performance PC components and peripherals. With the RGB Hex, Sharkoon is launching an ATX PC case that is optimized for airflow and has a front panel with a 3D hexagon design, from which the case gets its name. The case, with its conspicuous looks, offers an air-permeable front panel along with six pre-installed RGB LED fans that are all fully addressable. The case is complete with a side panel made of tempered glass and a modern USB Type-C port near the front panel on the top of the case.
Made for Cool Temperatures
The front panel of the RGB Hex not only has a striking design, but it also largely consists of an air-permeable mesh that should ensure a strong intake of cool air. Behind the front panel, three fans draw the air through the mesh grille into the case, while a fan on the rear panel and two on the top are intended to remove the warmed air out of the case. All these pre-installed 120-millimeter fans are equipped with addressable RGB LEDs. Meanwhile, the interior of the case is protected from dust by three dust filters. Anyone who prefers water cooling can install a radiator in the front or the top of the case. Behind the front panel, the radiator can be up to 360 millimeters and have a total height of 6.4 centimeters including the fans. Under the top panel, a radiator with up to 240 millimeters is possible with a total height, including the fans, of 5.5 centimeters.
Spacious Interior for Large Components.
As usual for gaming cases, the RGB Hex has a side panel made of tempered glass, through which the user's installed hardware and its illumination can be admired. Accordingly, the ATX case should also offer enough space for powerful hardware components. The case has space for graphics cards up to 35 centimeters in length, CPU coolers up to 15.8 centimeters in height, and power supply units up to 21.5 centimeters in length. Furthermore, there is also space for the installation of up to two 3.5-inch hard drives and up to six SSDs.
Performance When Connecting
The manufacturer Sharkoon has paid attention to performance and ease of use when it comes to the connection options of the RGB Hex. In addition to two USB 3.0 ports, the I/O panel is also equipped with a USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 2 port that enables the use of mobile devices through the PC at a fast data transfer rate of 10 gigabits per second.
