At the CES 2024 earlier this year in Las Vegas, Sennheiser presented a range of new products. In addition to the Momentum True Wireless 4 ANC earphones, the Sennheiser Accentum Plus Wireless were also among the new products. The over-ear headphones have now officially been launched for sale.
The new Sennheiser Accentum Plus can be purchased directly from the manufacturer as well as from other retailers such as Amazon. The recommended retail price of the Accentum Plus, which are available in black and white, is 229.90 euros.
This means that the RRP is 50 euros higher than the Accentum Wireless released last year, which can now be ordered from Amazon and other online stores for significantly less than the original 179.90 euros. In many respects, the Plus model does not differ from the already familiar headphones. This model also has an Adaptive Hybrid ANC function on board, with which the sound can be dynamically adapted to different situations to enable the best possible listening comfort even in noisy environments.
The new Sennheiser Accentum Plus also offer a battery life of up to 50 hours and can play for 5 hours after just 10 minutes of charging thanks to the quick-charging function. There are also angled drivers, individual sound settings, anti-wind mode, and smart pause function as well as smart touch operation.
The question remains as to the differences between the Sennheiser Accentum and the Sennheiser Accentum Plus, which are €50 more expensive according to the RRP. The new model not only enables wireless connectivity via Bluetooth but alternatively also wired connectivity via a 3.5 mm jack. The Plus version thus expands the range of possible uses. A corresponding AUX cable is included in the scope of delivery. This also applies to the practical carrying case, which is included in the price of the Sennheiser Accentum Plus.
