Samsung has launched a new power bank in the Republic of Korea, the PD battery pack 20,000 mAh (45 W). Roland Quandt leaked the accessory earlier this year via X. Plus, it is listed at MobileFun in the UK for £59.99 (~$76) under the name Samsung Quick Charge 45W 20000mAh Power Bank, with the website suggesting stock will arrive in the next week.
The product has three USB-C ports sharing the maximum 45W output and support for PD 3.0, allowing you to charge gadgets on the go quickly. You can also recharge the power bank via USB-C with the accompanying 30 cm (~12-in) USB-C to USB-C cable. The product has a beige casing made from recycled materials, measuring 152 x 76 x 25.5 mm (~6.0 x 3.0 x 1.0-in) and weighing around 400g (~14.1 oz).
You can currently buy the Samsung PD battery pack 20,000 mAh (45 W) in the Republic of Korea for 57,600 KRW (~$43), but its RRP is listed as 66,000 KRW (~$49). Whether or when the company will list the product on its websites in other regions remains to be seen. In the meantime, customers can purchase the older Samsung 10,000 mAh Super Fast 25W Portable Wireless Charger at Amazon for $61.99. Also recently launched in the same region was the Samsung PD wireless charging battery pack 10,000 mAh (25 W).
