Samsung has confirmed that it will definitely go to CES in the coming New Year, starting with a keynote. This speech is now slated to be given by Jong-Hee Han, the Vice Chairman, CEO and Head of Samsung Electronics’ Device eXperience (DX) division.
The South Korean giant will return to 'normal' CES service in 2022 by holding the keynote in public for in-person attendees in the Palazzo Ballroom of the Venetian hotel in Las Vegas. However, those who wish or need to view it online can do so by streaming it on Samsung's website.
This feed will start as the in-the-real keynote does, at 18:30 PST (03:30 CET) on January 4, 2022. The OEM is now predicted to finally unveil the long-anticipated Galaxy S21 FE during the keynote, and perhaps at least tease the upcoming Galaxy S22 series.
However, there is no guarantee of that; furthermore, Samsung has already determined that it will unveil its latest drives to enhance sustainability, and how its "customized and connected experiences" will enhance consumer lives.
Then again, devices such as the S21 FE could feed into either topic, as the OEM's new keynote teaser does hint at more eco-friendly packaging that could easily come with that new phone.
