Samsung has put together an impressive set of hardware resulting in silky smooth performance and extensive software features. It is certainly in no way outdated in the current market.

ARM Mali-400 MP4: OpenGL ES 2.0 GPU for ARM based SoCs with 4 fragment processors and 1 vertex processor.
These graphics cards are not suited for Windows 3D games. Office and Internet surfing however is possible.
