Months after launching the Realme V60, Realme has followed it up with a pro model that brings a new but familiar design and a few upgrades in key areas. The Realme V60 Pro marks the third model in the trio of V60 phones which also includes the Realme V60s, a phone that is identical to the V60 but costs more for an unknown reason.
The Realme V60 Pro has a flat display and a flat frame like the Realme V60 and Realme V60s, but it ditches the centered squircle camera island for a rectangular one that sits on the left side of the phone. The design is similar to that of the recently announced Realme C75.
The Realme V60 Pro has a 6.67-inch HD+ IPS display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It sports a centered punch hole and has support for Realme's Rainwater Smart Touch feature which allows for operating the device with wet fingers.
Powering the V60 Pro is a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB of storage. Despite the camera island having three circles, there are only two cameras on the back - a 50MP primary rear camera and an unspecified secondary camera. It also has an 8MP front-facing camera.
The Realme V60 Pro is rated IP69 for dust and water resistance, has military grade durability, and can survive in extreme temperatures (-20°C to 75°C). It packs a 5,600mAh battery with support for 45W fast wired charging and 5W reverse wired charging. It lacks an audio jack but has Hi-Res Audio.
Available in Obisidian Gold, Rock Black, and Lucky Red, the Realme V60 Pro has a starting price of CNY 1,599 (~$221/€209) for the 256GB model and goes up to CNY 1,799 (~$248/€235) for the 512GB variant. The phone is currently exclusive to China but it won't be far-fetched to see it launch in other regions under a different name, possibly as the Realme C75 5G.
