Realme GT2 Master Explorer Edition design is revealed as the journey to the high-end smartphone's launch begins
Realme has now endorsed several leaks pointing to the launch of a successor to the GT Master Explorer, a special-edition smartphone with a distinctive 'suitcase-inspired' rear panel design to go with its ostensible travel theme.
The OEM has now also confirmed that its second generation is also going this way, and even more so this time if anything. The new GT2-series version is also styled after luggage: a more old-school "hard case" this time, with the pale-beige (albeit vegan) leather backing and even the raised corner-bumpers to go with it.
Then again, that motif is broken up along the top edge thanks to the return of the GT Neo 3 camera hump. Despite this full-scale design unveiling, Realme has yet to confirm further specs for the in-transit new device. We may have to wait until its July 12, 2022 arrival to ascertain those for sure.
