The Realme GT 6 is confirmed to launch on June 20, and it is confirmed to pack a newly launched affordable flagship SoC, the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3. Besides unveiling the chipset info, the company has revealed that the phone will feature a large 10014 square millimeters Dual VC cooling, which promises to keep the SoC cool even under heavy loads.

Realme has officially confirmed the launch date of its upcoming affordable flagship, the GT 6. According to the latest round of announcements, the phone will make its debut on June 20, which is around the corner. The company has also shared a good number of other details about the upcoming smartphone.

First of all, the Realme GT 6 will be powered by a newly launched affordable flagship SoC, the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3. While it isn't as good of a performer as the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, it's as close as it gets to flagship performance. The company has paired this SoC with a large 10014 square millimeters Dual VC cooling system. This setup, according to the internal tests, can deliver better cooling than the Samsung Galaxy S24+ (256 GB curr. $849.99 on Amazon).

Moreover, Realme says that the GT 6 will come with a "Geek Power Tuning" feature, which claims to offer the "first-ever customizable Snapdragon 8s Gen 3." From the teaser, it seems that the feature will allow you to tune the SoC's clock speeds.

The company has also shared some info on the display of the Realme GT 6. It is said to come with a panel that features a peak brightness rating of 6000 nits. Besides, the teasers have confirmed that the upcoming affordable flagship will have a triple camera setup on the back with a 50 MP primary sensor.

Lastly, the recent announcements have teased advanced camera capabilities, which include features similar to Google's Magic Eraser and "AI night vision mode." We still don't know the price yet, but Realme is marketing the GT 6 as a "flagship killer."
