Deal | RTX 5070 gaming PC with 32GB of DDR5 RAM scores $400 discount

GPU and RAM prices have increased significantly this year, making it difficult for many gamers to build a new gaming PC or upgrade their existing one without spending a lot of money. In such a situation, opting for a prebuilt gaming PC may be a better option, especially if you can find one with a decent discount. For instance, Micro Center currently has a deal on an RTX 5070-powered gaming PC from PowerSpec that can help you save a significant amount.

If you head over to Micro Center, you’ll find the PowerSpec G536 currently listed for $1,599.99. Normally, this gaming PC is available for $1,999.99, but an ongoing deal can help you save $400.

When it comes to specifications, the G536 comes equipped with the RTX 5070, which offers 12GB of GDDR7 VRAM. We reviewed the Founders Edition model and found it to be a solid option for 1440p Ultra gaming. For the CPU, you’ll get the Ryzen 5 7500X3D, which features a combination of five cores and 12 threads, paired with a max boost clock speed of up to 4.5GHz.

PowerSpec has also included 32GB of DDR5-6000 RAM, which should be more than enough for most users. 32GB is the sweet spot for high-end gaming and multitasking, so you won’t have to worry about any slowdowns. For storage, there’s a 1TB SSD, giving you plenty of space for modern games and other data. And finally, all of these components are placed on top of a Gigabyte B850 Gaming Wi-Fi 6 motherboard.

While PowerSpec has installed an Air Cooler to keep the 7500X3D cool during gaming and productivity sessions, the X5 Mesh RGB case supports up to 360mm radiators, so you can install an AIO cooler later if you want. The case also comes with four RGB fans pre-installed.
