Deal | QD-OLED gaming monitor under $300: 27-inch AOC QD-OLED 240 Hz QHD monitor on sale in certified-refurbished condition

Gone are the days when you had to spend $500 or more to get an OLED gaming monitor. Thanks to OEMs like AOC, OLED gaming monitors have come down in price to where they are now accessible to the masses. Add occasional sales, which push the price even further down, and now is a pretty good time to buy an OLED monitor. Case in point, you can now buy the AOC Q27G41ZDF QD-OLED monitor for less than $300 on eBay.
The AOC Q27G41ZDF QD-OLED, which is available in a certified-refurbished condition with a two-year warranty, is retailing for $271.99 (linked at the end). We reported in mid-March that an AOC QD-OLED monitor was available on Amazon for $359, a record-low price at the time. This $359.99 price is still active.
So, the eBay-refurbished AOC Q27G41ZDF QD-OLED is $88 less than a brand-new unit from Amazon. You can put this $88 towards a better GPU/CPU or some other PC component.
With a 27-inch 1440p QD-OLED panel, a speedy 240 Hz refresh rate, a 0.03 ms response time, and Nvidia G-Sync, the AOC Q27G41ZDF gaming monitor has almost everything many gamers want. Since the monitor also covers 110% of the DCI-P3 color gamut, you can also use it for content creation.
The only issues gamers might have with the AOC Q27GAZD are the HDMI 2.0 ports for a max 1440p@144 Hz signal, only 200 nits of SDR, and 400 nits of SDR brightness. With only 200 nits of brightness, the AOC Q27G41ZDF QD-OLED is not bright enough to fight glare in brightly lit rooms. The HDR400 certification also means that the monitor is not really meant for HDR content consumption.
That said, for the asking price of just $271.99, the AOC Q27G41ZDF QD-OLED is an absolutely great deal. Few monitors on the market can rival the value offered.
