Putative Samsung Galaxy A10s is now a Wi-Fi-certified device
The Galaxy A10 is one of the cheapest new phones you can buy in 2019 with the Samsung name on it. However, those who like it, but might also be able to stretch to a phone with a few extra features compared to this device, may be in luck soon. The OEM is rumored to have another alternative version of this new model in the works.
In fact, there may be 2 new variants in the works. Thought to be called the Galaxy A10e and A10s, they may fit into the same form-factor as the original, but deviate in terms of what they can offer the consumer. The A10e is thought to have a smaller battery than the A10, although any other changes have not yet been made clear.
The 'A10s', on the other hand, has been depicted as a device with a MediaTek Helio P22 processor; (whereas the A10 has an Exynos 7884) a 3900mAh battery; (the A10's is 3400mAh) and a fingerprint sensor (which the A10 lacks).
This is based on certifications and leaks in which the model number SM-A107F has appeared. Most recently, it has reportedly popped up again, this time as a certified device with the Wi-Fi Alliance. Therefore, it appears that the new, potentially upgraded, form of the Samsung Galaxy A10 will be ready for launch soon.
