LEDs have brought down the price and size of projectors significantly over the years. The Sony VPL-HW45ES 1080p projector, for example, launched over 5 years ago with a traditional bulb for $2000 USD and yet the latest 1080p LED projectors are just a fraction of the price. They won't have as many features, settings, or quality adjustments as high-end traditional projectors, of course, but they will still be sufficient for most "set and forget" home theaters.
Yaber is currently having a sale on its Y31 1080p mini LED projector for $70 USD off the original price for a final price of just over $205. It includes an automatic image sharpening and repositioning button, automatic vertical correction button, and integrated 3 W stereo speakers to be a quick all-in-one home theater solution. If you plan on transporting the lightweight projector often between different homes or rooms, then these features should prove useful.
A downside to the Y31 is that it can "only be used in a completely dark environment" or at least in "low light conditions" according to the manufacturer. Thus, don't expect vivid videos or quiet fan noise unless if the room is absolutely dark and if the projector is a good distance away. We've yet to review the Yaber Y31 and so we can't offer any of our personal impressions, but inexpensive mini LED projectors tend to have quality issues down the line with poorer customer support should anything go wrong. Even so, it's hard to argue against the low price.
