Deal | PS5 Disc Edition bundle gets a decent price cut on the official PlayStation Store

Back in March, Sony announced major price hikes for several PlayStation products because of the ongoing global memory crisis. One of the biggest changes was for the standard PS5 Disc Edition, which jumped from $549.99 to $649.99. However, if you’ve been planning to pick up a PS5 recently, Sony currently has a bundle deal that is actually worth looking at.
If you head over to the official PlayStation Store, you’ll find the PS5 Slim Disc Edition Ghost of Yotei bundle listed for $599. That already makes it $50 cheaper than buying the standard PS5 Disc Edition at its new price. But the bundle gets even better when you look at everything included in the package.
Alongside the console itself, Sony has also included a digital voucher for Ghost of Yotei. The game normally costs $69.99 on its own, so when you combine that with the $50 discount on the hardware, the total value of the savings comes out to roughly $120. The bundle also includes the usual PS5 accessories and standard package contents, but both the console and the DualSense controller feature custom Ghost of Yotei-inspired skins.
Sony was previously offering $200 off on the PS5 Slim Digital Edition Fortnite Flowering Chaos bundle, but it is now marked out of stock. So, for anyone looking to purchase a PS5, the Ghost of Yotei bundle seems like one of the best deals right now.
