Emily made this game to create awareness of mental illnesses and also help people with mental health issues feel heard. Fractured Minds has managed about 400 reviews, and 79% of them are positive. It costs $1.99 on Steam.
  • Tin Hearts: Tin Hearts is a puzzle adventure game where you get to lead a troop of tin soldiers. Described as a “hidden gem” with up to 12 hours of play time to offer, this 2023 game has managed about 100 user reviews, and 88% of these reviews are positive. It has VR support and currently sells for $19.99.

  • Tiny Troopers - Global Ops: This $19.99 arcade shooter from 2023 brings the casual vibes to the world of shooter games. It offers fast-paced gameplay on a miniature-scaled world, with 40+ missions for you and your seasoned mini soldiers to accomplish. 54% of its 67 user reviews are positive.

Second tier: 4 additional games for $15

  • Grip - Combat Racing: This is a combat racing game featuring high speed sci-fi vehicles that can blast up to 767 miles per hour. It has single-player, split-screen, and online PvP modes. 85% of the 4,900 reviews it has managed to attract are positive and it costs $29.99.
  • Arcade Paradise: This indie-sim game from Nosebleed Interactive lets you turn your family laundromat into an arcade. You balance chores like washing and cleaning with running arcade cabinets and expanding your collection of games. Arcade Paradise has received 1,800 reviews on Steam and 82% of them are positive. It costs $19.99 on Steam.
  • Aaero 2: This rhythm on-rails shooter lets you pilot a spacecraft through vibrant alien worlds, tracing ribbons of light in sync with the music. You get to shoot enemies, dodge obstacles, and face bosses. Though it only has 51 reviews to show, 94% of the reviews are positive. Aaero 2 costs $14.99 on Steam.
  • The Falconeer: This is an aerial combat game where you get to play atop a war bird in fierce dogfights. It features open-world exploration, multiple campaigns, and gear upgrades via missions and mutagens. About 76% of the 500 user reviews it has managed so far are positive and it sells for $19.99 on Steam.

  • Bulwark Evolution - Falconeer Chronicles: This is a building game from the developer of The Falconeer. It features war birds and airships. Here the choice is yours, you can decide to go with peaceful development or conquest.
  • Martha is Dead: This is a story-rich psychological horror game developed by LKA. It is set in 1944 Italy, where, after Martha is found drowned, you — as her twin sister Giulia — must unravel family secrets amid war, folklore, and grief. It features immersive photography mechanics. With about 3,300 reviews (80% positive), it costs $29.99 on Steam.
  • Deliver Us the Moon: This sci-fi puzzle-adventure from KeokeN Interactive casts you as a lone astronaut sent to the moon to investigate a silent lunar colony, after Earth’s energy supply has failed. You explore bases, solve puzzles, and uncover hidden truths about what caused the blackout. Worth $24.99, it has about 8,700 reviews, 89% of which are positive.
